Job summary

Bega Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee safe, efficient production at our Smithfield site in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will drive performance, coach a team, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement on an afternoon shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to lead safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting team performance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement across the production environment.

Our Smithfield site in Western Sydney, manufactures a range of more than 60 fruit juice, fruit drink, and water ice products. The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura, and Zooper Dooper.

The successful candidate must be available to work a permanent afternoon shift roster, Monday to Friday, from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
