Job summary

The Production Supervisor at Bega Group's Ridge Street site leads a high-performing team of approximately 40 operators in a contract manufacturing environment focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses. You will drive safety, quality and continuous improvement while meeting operational targets.

This role requires availability to work a 12-hour rotating night roster from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Sunday, with a strong emphasis on hazard awareness and change management to support our

Lead a high-performing production team of around 40 operators. Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement in FMCG manufacturing. 12-hour rotating night roster, 6 pm-6 am, Monday to Sunday.

The Role

Our Ridge Street site services many customers in a contract manufacturing capacity focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses. These include the renowned Bega cheese blocks- mild, tasty, and vintage, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger slice cheeses.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a skilled, high‑performing team of approximately 40 operators, with a strong focus on achieving operational targets across quality, safety, cost, and environmental performance.

The successful candidate must be available to work 12-hour rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
