Job summary

Bega Group in Smithfield (NSW) seeks an experienced Manufacturing Team Manager to lead safe, efficient and high-quality operations. You will coach teams, drive continuous improvement and uphold safety, quality, GMP, HACCP standards in a 60+ product line environment.

The role requires an afternoon shift roster, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with accountability for production targets, KPIs and a strong safety culture within a collaborative team.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting team performance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement across the production environment.Our Smithfield site in Western Sydney, manufactures a range of more than 60 fruit juice, fruit drink, and water ice products.
