Tatura Milk Industries Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our dairy production team, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. You will champion a Safety Always culture, drive performance, and support continuous improvement across the department.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in dairy or food manufacturing, a forklift license, and strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within dairy, food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar production environment.
• Valid forklift license is required.
• Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, build capability, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to manage operational priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production operations.

• Coordinate daily production activities to achieve manufacturing targets, product specifications, and customer requirements.

Full-Time, Permanent Production Supervisor Opportunity to be a part of a leading Australian dairy manufacturer 4 on 4 off rotating day and night shift, 12h/shift

The Role

Our Tatura site is an icon in the region, well known around the world for its quality dairy products. As well as being the country’s largest producer of cream cheese, it also produces infant formula, nutritional lactoferrin, various milk powders, plus our famous single serve butter. The supervisor will provide day-to-day leadership to the production team, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations. The successful incumbent will champion a Safety Always culture, drive team performance, maintain product quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

About You

• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing system.
