Job summary

Yo-Bar in Canberra is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a full-time, 38-hour week across 5 days. You will lead from the front during shifts, drive customer experience, and motivate the team in a fast-paced store environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires weekend and evening availability to support our busiest trading periods, with a focus on delivering high-energy service and achieving store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Team Leader, Supervisor, or experienced Crew role.
• Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Hands-on leader who can motivate, guide, and support a team.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager in running a high-performing store. You’ll lead from the front during shifts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and help set the standard for team performance and customer experience.

You’ll take ownership of your shifts, stepping up to keep things running smoothly while motivating and guiding the team around you.
