Job summary

Yo-Bar is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the Store Manager in delivering a high-performing, high-energy store. You will lead from the front during shifts, energising the team and driving exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires weekend and evening availability, with a focus on coaching, training, and developing staff to meet store KPIs and maintain top-tier cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or senior Crew in hospitality or food retail.
• Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on leader able to motivate and guide a team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager in running a high-performing store. You’ll lead from the front during shifts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and help set the standard for team performance and customer experience.

You’ll be part of a high-volume, high-energy environment where no two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

You’ll take ownership of your shifts, stepping up to keep things running smoothly while motivating and guiding the team around you.

This is a full-time role with weekend and evening availability being essential to support our busiest trading periods.

What You'll Be Doing:
