Job summary

Makita Australia is seeking a hands-on Team Leader - Returns in Pemulwuy to guide a warehouse team within the Distribution Centre. You will manage customer returns, credit claims and delivery investigations while coordinating daily workloads and collaborating with Inventory, Stock Control and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a warehouse team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.

We’re looking for a Team Leader - Returns to join our Distribution Centre team in Pemulwuy.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll lead and support a team of warehouse operators while managing customer returns, credit claims and delivery investigations.
