Job summary

Makita (Australia) Pty Ltd in Pemulwuy seeks an experienced Outbound Supervisor – Export to lead the distribution centre's outbound team and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.

You will manage daily workflow, coach staff, uphold WHS standards and drive KPI performance while supporting stock control and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role.
• Strong people leadership, communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience delivering strong operational results in a warehouse environment.
• Current forklift and driver's licence.
• Qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Supervisor – Export to join our Distribution Centre in Pemulwuy.

In this role, you will lead and support the outbound export team, ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and accurately. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow, supporting team performance and helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.
