HR Partners in Sydney seeks a mobile Field Team Leader to supervise on-road Home Assessors across South Sydney, Wollongong and the ACT. You will lead field inspections, coach a remote team and ensure accurate repair scopes and estimates for property claims.

This full-time role includes a company vehicle, monthly travel, and KPI-based bonuses. A NSW driving license and willingness to travel regionally are required, with 2+ years in home assessing or construction management preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade or Assessing background with 2+ years in home assessing, residential construction management, or field adjusting.

• Strong understanding of building methods, defect diagnosis and estimating.

About the Role

We are looking for a mobile, hands-on construction or assessing leader to direct a remote team of On-Road Assessors. You will combine field property inspections with team coaching, ensuring that physical assessments, repair scopes, and builder quotes are accurate and delivered efficiently. This role comes with a company vehicle and requires periodic regional travel (approx. once a month to Wollongong and ACT).
