Job summary

Ausco Modular is hiring a Team Leader - Project Administration to guide a small admin team responsible for mobilising personnel, equipment, and resources for project delivery. The role includes setting up contracts, managing manning histograms, coordinating medicals, travel, accommodation, and vendor sourcing, and producing project reports.

You will build strong relationships with customers and project teams, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance across camp projects in construction,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' administration experience, including team supervision.
• Experience coordinating travel, accommodation, medicals, and inductions, with client document submittal platforms.
• Ability to plan and supervise projects and take initiative.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in a One Team culture.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain service quality.
• Experience in document control is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the modular building, construction, or resources industries is advantageous.

The Ausco Camps team provides high-quality accommodation camps for various markets, including construction, renewables, road, rail, energy, and mining. As the Team Leader - Project Administration, you will lead a small team responsible for mobilising personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

The Administration Team handles all aspects of camp projects, from setting up employee contracts and managing manning histograms to coordinating medicals, travel, accommodation, qualifications, vendor sourcing, document transmittals, and project reporting. In this diverse role, you'll build strong relationships with customers and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What you will bring to the role

With your natural ability to engage and motivate a small team, you will also demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years' administration experience, including team supervision.


• Substantial experience coordinating travel, accommodation, medicals, and inductions, as well as experience with client document submittal platforms.


• The ability to take initiative in planning and supervising projects.


• Personal drive and commitment to a "One Team" culture that openly and transparently contributes to positive cross-functional engagement.


• The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, apply continuous improvement principles, and meet deadlines without compromising service levels or quality.


• The ability to develop reporting frameworks that address stakeholder needs pertaining to the role's area of responsibility.


• Experience in document control is highly advantageous.


• Knowledge of the modular building, construction, or resources industries is advantageous.
