Job summary

dnata is seeking experienced Passenger Services Team Leaders to join Brisbane International Airport operations on a part-time basis. You will supervise staff on shift, ensure smooth operation, train and support team members while delivering high service standards for our airline clients.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years leadership experience in aviation, uphold dnata SOPs, and work a rotating 7-day roster.

dnata are currently hiring for experienced Passenger Services Team Leaders at Brisbane International Airport. Our Team Leaders are responsible for upholding dnata standards, leading the operation smoothly, providing on the job training and support for staff while delivering strong results for our airline clients.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• The efficient supervision of staff and facilities on a shift basis, accepting accountability for performance and overall smooth running of the operation
• The organisation, coordination & performance of specific work areas
• Ensuring the upholding of dnata’s SOP’s and ensuring the efficient, safe and accurate adherence to the clients’ requirements during an aircraft turnaround

Selection Criteria:

• You have a minimum of 2 years leadership/people management experience, ideally in an aviation setting (highly desirable)
• Understanding of the expectations of the dnata Airport Services’ vision, values, behaviour and managers’ code of conduct, matched with an ability to develop and sustain a culture in alignment with these standards
• Service orientation with the ability to foster a strong service culture
• Excellent presentation skills – upholding dnata’s professional presentation standards
• High level customer service and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Punctuality and reliability in attendance at work
