CatholicCare NT Wadeye seeks a dedicated Team Leader to oversee a small team delivering core community services in Wadeye. You will mentor staff, support direct client work, and drive program quality within the Children and Parenting, AOD Counselling, and Men’s Behaviour Change streams.

The role requires a relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Men's Family Violence, a minimum of five years in practice and leadership, and strong cultural competency.

Qualificações

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Men's Family Violence (or related field).
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong communication and written reporting abilities.
• Cultural competency when working with Aboriginal communities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and mentor a small team delivering Children and Parenting, AOD Counselling, and Men’s Behaviour Change programs.
• Lead program delivery in Wadeye and support direct client services.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to staff and build relationships with the community.
• Contribute to service planning and continuous improvement across programs.
