CatholicCare NT in Tennant Creek seeks a Team Leader for the Children and Parenting Program and Youth Enhanced Services to guide program delivery and staff.

You will mentor a skilled team, oversee complex client work, and ensure services meet objectives, while fostering a culturally respectful environment for Aboriginal families and the local community.

This role requires relevant qualifications in community services, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to achieving positive outcomes.

Qualificações

• Relevant qualifications in Community Services or Social Work (or related field).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a commitment to developing your team.
• A hands-on approach to managing complex client cases and providing direct support.
• Proven ability to integrate programs effectively and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within a community services or health setting.
