CatholicCare NT in Tennant Creek is seeking a Team Leader for the Children and Parenting Program and Youth Enhanced Service. You will lead a team, provide direct services, and drive program outcomes to benefit local families and communities.

Role requires strong leadership, hands-on client work, and experience in community services. This is a front-line leadership position with a commitment to cultural respect and staff development.

Formación

• Relevant qualifications in Community Services or Social Work (or related field).
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Hands-on management of complex client cases.
• Experience in community services or health setting.
