This role requires tertiary qualification, demonstrated leadership, crisis engagement skills, and the ability to work autonomously, with flexible hours across Burswood, Joondalup, and Rockingham as needed.

Qualifications

• Formal tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Ability to engage effectively during distress and crisis.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to manage relationships with consumers, staff and partners.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate learnings into practice.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Valid Working with Children Check and a current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the team.
• Ensure high standards of consumer support, file management, and record-keeping.
• Monitor service delivery and contribute to program planning.
• Work with Service Manager to build partnerships with organisations.
• Support and directly assist consumers as required.
