Onsite Rental Group in Tom Price, WA is seeking a Service Team Leader to manage equipment inspections, servicing and repairs, ensuring high standards and availability. You will lead a hands-on team, provide expert diagnostics, and coordinate parts and tools to meet service demand.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will drive safety culture, mentor technicians and optimise workflow while balancing budgets and customer needs in a dynamic mining-support environment.

About the role

Based in Tom Price & reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.

This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability
• Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
• Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
• Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan
• Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
• Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
• Conduct equipment servicing and repairs
