The Team Leader Digital Delivery at City of Onkaparinga leads the delivery of digital initiatives and the strategic management of enterprise platforms, ensuring governance, testing, deployment and change management across 900 staff and 22 sites.

You will translate business needs into practical outcomes, drive continuous improvement, manage vendors and stakeholders, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver reliable, secure digital services aligned to council priorities.

The Team Leader Digital Delivery leads the delivery of digital initiatives and the strategic management of the TechnologyOne platform, ensuring effective governance, configuration, testing, deployment and change management practices to deliver reliable, secure and sustainable digital services across approximately 900 staff and 22 sites. Reporting to the Manager Information Digital Services (IDS), the role provides leadership of organisation-wide digital projects, leading a multidisciplinary team and working closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions aligned to organisational priorities. The role translates business needs into practical, sustainable outcomes while driving continuous improvement across enterprise platforms and digital services.

You are an experienced and outcomes-focused digital delivery leader who actively manages enterprise platforms and services to deliver business value. You understand how to effectively leverage vendors, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure platforms are well governed, secure, reliable and continuously improved. You bring strong project delivery, governance and risk management capabilities, with the ability to lead complex initiatives, manage competing priorities and drive successful organisational outcomes. You are committed to disciplined delivery practices across configuration, testing, release management, change management and operational transition. You are a confident communicator and relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels and lead high-performing teams focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, organisation-wide technology projects within agreed scope, timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and embed effective digital platform practices, including configuration, testing, deployment, release and change management.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate outcomes and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, budgets and vendors, using sound judgement to achieve successful and value-for-money outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments and drive continuous improvement in digital delivery practices and outcomes.
