Lead strategic ICT projects that shape the future of property services in South Australia.

Join our growing team in Adelaide as a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic business and technology projects.

This role sits within our ICT business unit and is responsible for end-to-end project leadership, governance and stakeholder management across critical projects. You will oversee delivery to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations, while ensuring outcomes align with organisational priorities and business benefits.

Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, delivery teams and vendors, you will play a key role in progressing contemporary delivery approaches, including Agile, Spec-Driven Design (SDD) and AI-enabled delivery practices where appropriate.

This is an opportunity for an experienced project leader who enjoys solving complex delivery challenges, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting continuous improvement in project methodology and delivery effectiveness.
