Job summary

Woolworths Group within Primary Connect is seeking a proactive supply chain leader for a 6-month contract based in Hoxton Park, NSW. You will guide, mentor, and develop a team to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.

This role focuses on continuous improvement, strong problem solving, and building strong relationships with unions and customers, while delivering reliable service to 3,000+ stores.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Experience working with unions is advantageous.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving approaches.
• Background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG.
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
• Pro-actively seeks continuous improvement methods.

• Location: Hoxton Park
• Dayshift: 5 am to 1:30 pm

What You’ll Bring

• A proven track record as a leader who takes ownership and is a proactive problem-solver.
• Experience working with Unions is highly regarded.
• Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving approaches
• A background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG
• A passion for nurturing and developing a team.
• Pro-actively seeks continuous improvement methods
