Job summary

Cruiseabout Australia is seeking a Team Leader for our Miranda Store, offering an exceptional business ownership opportunity backed by Flight Centre Travel Group. You will lead and coach a team, own the P&L, and drive local market growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences and cruise product knowledge.

You will manage end-to-end cruise bookings, build client relationships, and contribute to the store's profitability and service standards in a dynamic travel retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ leadership experience in retail/travel
• Experience in customer service and working toward sales targets
• GDS experience
• Attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure
• Organised and proactive

Key Responsibilities

Who are you?

• Minimum 4 years’ leadership experience in the retail or wholesale Cruise or Travel Industry
• Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
• GDS experience
• Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
