Job summary

Eurest is seeking a hands-on catering supervisor at Holiday Inn Express, Macquarie Park NSW to oversee breakfast buffet service and lead the onsite catering team with energy and precision.

You will manage deliveries, stock rotation, and cleaning duties, engage with clients and customers, and contribute to a fast-paced, supportive team environment. Availability for 5 mornings per week is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a comparable environment.
• Available 5 mornings per week.
• Understanding of Food safety and HACCP.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team.
• Immaculate presentation and energetic, flexible approach.
