Summit Open Space Services currently seeks a dedicated Team Leader to oversee maintenance crews across Western Sydney and ensure daily targets are met. You will manage site quality, safety, and client interactions while coordinating equipment and resources.

The role requires a minimum 3 years’ experience leading a team in horticulture/grounds maintenance, a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens, and a valid White Card. Full-time, with career growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens is required.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• OHS Construction Card (White Card) or willing to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a team in a similar industry.

Duties

As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
• Leading by example and providing a safe working environment
• General garden and lawn maintenance including hedging, weeding and pruning
• Liaising and planning details of machinery, equipment, and resources to carry out various works
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients and the public
• Completing daily and weekly paperwork and reporting
