Breakthru is recruiting for a Full-time role based in Penrith, Western Sydney, coordinating NDIS funded programs in Individualised Support and group capacity-building. The role leads a small team, reporting to the Regional Manager, and involves travel between Campbelltown, Penrith and Hornsby to deliver high-quality support.

You will mentor staff, manage rostering and performance, and contribute to service development while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven rostering experience in a leadership role.
• Experience managing staff and guiding team performance.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative capabilities.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and people-management skills.
• Willing to obtain required pre-employment checks (Criminal record, Working with children’s check, NDIS screening).

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of quality services for NDIS programs.
• Mentor and supervise staff to grow their knowledge and careers.
• Support portfolio strategy with strong customer service and business development.
• Manage day-to-day operations of core and capacity-building services.
• Strengthen relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service.
• Drive service growth and continuous improvement within the portfolio.

About The Role...

This role is a Full-time position, based in Penrith, Western Sydney with frequent travel required between Campbelltown, Penrith and Hornsby.

This wonderful opportunity is for someone who is passionate about community support, who enjoys guiding and developing others, and who has a genuine interest to partner with, and learn from experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders.

It is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in the areas Individualised Support and group (predominantly capacity-building).

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your day-to-day role will include:

• Ensuring the effective delivery of quality services
• Development of your team providing mentoring and supervision to expand their knowledge and careers
• Support the strategic development of your portfolio through strong customer service and some business development
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Core and capacity building services, ensuring high-quality, client-focused support
• Strengthening relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Supporting the strategic development of services, including service growth and business development.

About You...

This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have had leadership experience in an NDIS program at a minimum, and looking to expand their knowledge and expertise. Your leadership foundations are solid in the areas of staff development and customer service, and you are a knowledgeable go-to person in the NDIS space.
