Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a Team Leader to guide and grow a frontline employment services team across Parramatta, Hornsby and Epping. You’ll coach staff to deliver person-centred support, build confidence in clients, and strengthen partnerships with local employers to create meaningful work opportunities.
You’ll translate program guidelines into compliant service delivery, monitor performance, and champion inclusion and empowerment in every interaction.
