Royal Rehab is seeking a Team Leader to guide a high‑performing team across Parramatta, Hornsby and Epping, delivering person‑centred support and building employer partnerships to create inclusive employment opportunities.

You will mentor staff, drive performance, and ensure compliant, quality service delivery while promoting Breakthru’s values of inclusion and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable
• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client‑focused employment and skills plans
• Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
• Current Driver’s Licence - essential

About the role...

Leading the team across the Parramatta, Hornsby and Epping area, as a Team Leader you’ll play a hands‑on role in guiding and supporting the team to deliver person‑centred support, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work. Working closely with employers, you’ll strengthen partnerships that create real opportunities for inclusive employment. This role is all about coaching your team to achieve outcomes, driving performance, and making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working under the guidance of the ESA’s Service Manager, mentor and support a high‑performing team, driving results and fostering growth.
• Ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Translate program guidelines into high‑quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
• Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalised support.
• Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
• Champion Breakthru’s values of inclusion, empowerment, and person‑centred practice.
