Job summary

Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team across Parramatta, Hornsby and Epping. You’ll mentor staff, drive person-centred supports and foster strong employer partnerships to create meaningful employment opportunities for clients.

In this hands-on role, you’ll translate program guidelines into high-quality service delivery, monitor KPI targets, and champion inclusion and empowerment through your leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
• Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
• Current Driver’s License - essential

About The Role

Leading the team across the Parramatta, Hornsby and Epping area, as a Team Leader you’ll play a hands‑on role in guiding and supporting the team to deliver person‑centred support, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work. Key Responsibilities Include

• Working under the guidance of the ESA’s Service Manager, mentor and support a high‑performing team, driving results and fostering growth.
