Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and motivate a small team of Grounds Staff
• Be the go‑to contact for clients and build strong, lasting relationships
• Plan and deliver works on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Get stuck in yourself, including ride‑on mowing, mulching, pruning, hedging and weeding
• Spot and manage pests and diseases
• Operate, care for and maintain machinery and equipment

What You’ll Do
