Zusammenfassung

Glascott is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to manage a friendly, high-performing crew across Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs. You will lead, coach and mentor Grounds Staff, maintain client relationships and ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will actively participate in mowing, mulching, pruning, hedging and weeding, while spotting pests and diseases and maintaining machinery. A horticulture qualification is highly regarded, along with White Card and ChemCert.
