Job summary

RAC Auto Services is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Workshop Controller) to oversee operations at the Balcatta Service Centre. The role targets a qualified Senior Technician or an experienced Team Leader looking for a new challenge in a modern, fully equipped workshop.

You will lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices, oversee daily workshop operations, ensure KPIs are met and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding RAC's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician with licensing requirements.
• Experience leading and coaching a diverse workshop team.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

• Qualified Automotive Technician
• Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate, coach and mentor a diverse team
• Organisational Strength: Capable of prioritising tasks, managing workload and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment
