RAC Auto Services in Myaree is seeking a Workshop Team Leader to guide our automotive service centre team, oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality checks, and maintain clear start-stop times with guaranteed hours.

You will lead a skilled group of technicians, drive fault diagnostics, coordinate servicing schedules, mentor staff, prioritise workloads, resolve conflicts, and uphold compliance with safety regulations while delivering outstanding vehicle care.

Qualifications

• Qualified automotive technician with hands-on servicing, repairs and diagnostics experience.
• Leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring teams.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage workloads.

As a Workshop Team Leader at our Myaree centre, you’ll manage and motivate a dedicated group of technical experts, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll also have direct involvement in quality checks, fault diagnostics and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
