RAC Auto Services Balcatta Service Centre seeks an experienced Team Leader (Workshop Controller) to oversee daily workshop operations and guide a skilled team of technicians and apprentices.

As a qualified automotive technician with leadership experience, you will manage workflow, uphold RAC quality standards, and drive customer service excellence while ensuring safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician
• Licensing: C-Class Driver’s Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer’s Licence
• Background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• Leadership abilities to motivate and coach a diverse team
• Organisational strength to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices
• Oversee daily workshop operations and KPIs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC’s quality standards
• Coordinate workflow and ensure safety procedures
• Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence
