Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and leading a team with HR processes support.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience in criminal justice or governed systems with rapid knowledge acquisition.
• Ability to maintain governance and oversight, and support service delivery with quality assurance.
• Strong written and oral communication, with attention to complex reports for stakeholders.
• Proven staff engagement skills including coaching, mentoring and reporting issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team, assisting the Manager in HR processes.
• Manage high-pressure situations, deadlines, and escalations.
• Maintain governance and oversight systems to support performance and QA.
