Crawford is seeking an experienced loss adjuster to manage a state-wide portfolio of domestic, large loss and commercial property claims from notification to settlement in Hobart, Tasmania.

Applicants with end-to-end claims handling in broking or estimating experience are encouraged. Training and mentoring support is provided in a collaborative regional team with hybrid working options and a focus on meaningful customer outcomes.

Competenze

• Loss adjusting experience with end-to-end claims handling in a broking environment or estimating experience with an insurance panel builder.
• Strong knowledge of claims processes, policy coverage, and damage assessment.

Mansioni

• Manage domestic, large loss and commercial property claims from notification through to settlement.
• Inspect damage, investigate causes and assess losses.
• Review policy coverage and prepare clear recommendations.
• Coordinate policyholders, brokers, builders, trades and specialists.
• Manage reserves, costs, strategy and documentation.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver timely, compliant and customer-focused outcomes.
