Job summary

Crawford is seeking a Loss Adjuster to manage property claims from notification through settlement, delivering outcomes for commercial and domestic clients in the Orange region. You will work autonomously within a supportive regional team, with exposure to a diverse portfolio and opportunities to grow technical capability.

This Orange-based role may consider Bathurst-based candidates. Hybrid working, competitive pay, car allowance, and a company laptop/phone are pluses, in addition to ongoing

Responsibilities

• Manage property claims from notification through to settlement.
• Inspect damage, investigate causes and assess losses.
• Review coverage and make sound settlement recommendations.
• Coordinate trades, specialists and service providers.
• Manage reserves, costs and claim documentation.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver timely, compliant and customer-focused outcomes.
