Harding & Drougas in Hobart seeks an accomplished Sales Manager to lead a 12-person residential building sales team. You will coach, develop and drive pipeline, CRM discipline and forecasting to lift conversion and customer experience.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape sales strategy, nurture developer relationships and contribute to product development, with statewide travel. Interstate applicants willing to relocate to Tasmania are welcome.
