Job summary

WorkPac in Tamworth, NSW is seeking an experienced Boilermaker or skilled fabricator to join the precast yard crew. You will set up moulds, weld and fabricate steel components, and read basic drawings to prepare production moulds.

This hands-on role starts early, with 4:00am starts and penalties applied for overtime. You will work as part of a team to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and a tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• Boilermaker Trade Certificate OR welding/fabrication experience equivalent to a trade qualification.
• Previous welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with mould set-ups or similar fabrication work highly regarded.
• Driver's Licence.
• Ability to pass a medical including D+A.

Boilermaker Precast Yard

• $43.44 per hour base + penalties


• 810 hour days | Early morning starts from 4:00am


• Location: Tamworth, NSW

About Our Client

Our client is a leading precast concrete business seeking an experienced Boilermaker or skilled fabricator to join their yard team. This is a hands‑on role assisting with mould set‑ups and general fabrication work.

What You Will Be Doing
