Auto & General Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a Talent Partner to power our frontline teams by recruiting for busy contact centres in Brisbane. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, screen and interview candidates, and ensure a strong pipeline for a fast-paced environment.

You will champion an exceptional candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers, and act as a brand ambassador for the A&G culture and values.

The role

As at Talent Partner, you'll be at the very heart of our growth, powering our frontline teams by recruiting for our busy contact centres. Working in a high-volume, dynamic, and supportive team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring the talent that forms the backbone of our customer experience. What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of contact centre roles.
• Source top talent using a mix of advertising, online platforms, and referral programs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent is always ready.
• Champion an exceptional and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and your team to meet ambitious hiring targets.
• Be a brand ambassador, representing the A&G culture and values to every potential employee.

• Location- This role is based at our Toowong office - a convenient location close to local retail, restaurants and other amenities.
