Auto & General Australia is seeking a Talent Partner to drive recruitment for busy contact centres in Brisbane. You will attract, screen, and onboard candidates, building a strong pipeline to meet high-volume hiring targets.

Based in Toowong, this role offers opportunities to engage with hiring managers, enhance candidate experiences, and contribute to our growth while upholding our high-integrity, high-performance culture.

The role

As at Talent Partner, you'll be at the very heart of our growth, powering our frontline teams by recruiting for our busy contact centres. Working in a high-volume, dynamic, and supportive team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring the talent that forms the backbone of our customer experience. What You Will Do
