Auto & General is seeking a Talent Partner to power frontline recruitment for our busy contact centres. You will manage end-to-end processes, source top talent, screen and interview candidates, and ensure an engaging candidate experience.

Based at our Toowong office in Brisbane, you will partner with hiring managers to meet ambitious targets and represent the A&G brand. This role offers a dynamic, high‑performance culture with development opportunities and positive benefits.

The role

As at Talent Partner, you'll be at the very heart of our growth, powering our frontline teams by recruiting for our busy contact centres. Working in a high-volume, dynamic, and supportive team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring the talent that forms the backbone of our customer experience. What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of contact centre roles.
• Source top talent using a mix of advertising, online platforms, and referral programs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent is always ready.
• Champion an exceptional and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and your team to meet ambitious hiring targets.
• Be a brand ambassador, representing the A&G culture and values to every potential employee.

Location- This role is based at our Toowong office - a convenient location close to local retail, restaurants and other amenities.
