Job summary

Weel in Sydney is seeking a Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design and GTM. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and drive an exceptional candidate experience in a flexible hybrid Sydney setting.

You’ll partner with teams to shape briefs, run efficient processes, and continuously improve hiring outcomes while upholding Weel’s inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
• Ability to build thoughtful sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake and sourcing through to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Design, GTM and other functions to understand hiring needs and define what good looks like.
• Build thoughtful sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent through direct outreach, referrals, talent pools, networks and recruitment tools.
• Use market insight and data to advise on talent availability and trends.
• Create a phenomenal candidate experience with prompt and transparent communication.
• Provide constructive feedback to candidates and ensure fair assessment against role capabilities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in TeamTailor and continuously improve hiring processes.
