Job summary

Tandem Partners is seeking a driven Talent Partner to join its established Talent Acquisition team. This hands-on role manages a high-volume blue-collar and operational recruitment portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with leaders to deliver outcomes across multiple sites.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong blue-collar recruitment experience (essential).
• Internal or agency recruitment experience managing large vacancy volumes.
• Proven sourcing and talent pipelining capability.

About the Organisation:

We're partnering with a well-established national organisation that operates across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth and hiring demand, they're looking for a driven Talent Partner to join their established Talent Acquisition team.

This is a genuinely hands-on recruitment role, offering ownership of a high-volume portfolio while partnering closely with leaders across a broad operational workforce. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management and building talent pipelines across multiple sites throughout ANZ.
