Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to deliver end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing and industrial roles in Australia, partnering with hiring managers and contributing to the broader Talent strategy.

Based in South-West Sydney with hybrid working, you will manage high-volume and specialist vacancies, build strong talent pools, and use digital tools to source across cross-nationally.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years' experience within Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing a mix of high-volume and specialist recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine interest in improving recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer and pre-employment checks.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals, talent pools and internal mobility.
• Coaching and supporting hiring managers through interviewing and selection.
• Building talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Contributing to recruitment reporting, process improvement and the use of digital and AI-enabled recruitment tools.

Supporting a diverse workforce across Australia, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio of blue and white-collar positions. This permanent opportunity would suit an experienced TA professional who enjoys being hands-on with recruitment while building strong relationships with hiring managers and contributing to the broader Talent strategy.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be managing a broad portfolio of vacancies across different functions and locations. Recruitment will range from high-volume positions through to specialist, technical and leadership roles.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer and pre-employment checks
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals, talent pools and internal mobility
• Coaching and supporting hiring managers through interviewing and selection
• Building talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
• Contributing to recruitment reporting, process improvement and the use of digital and AI-enabled recruitment tools.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
