Job summary

WesternPower seeks a Talent & Development Consultant to partner with leaders and People Business Partners, delivering enterprise-wide talent, learning and employee experience programs. You will drive succession, performance and development initiatives, facilitate workshops, and create engaging learning resources while leveraging HR systems and data insights.

You will influence with strong facilitation and coaching capabilities, manage multiple programs, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering talent, learning, leadership or organisational development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee development and organisational capability practices.
• Experience working within a Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and influencing capabilities.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs and projects while delivering quality outcomes.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent workplace training qualification).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver talent, learning and employee experience programs.
• Support Talent & Succession Planning, Performance & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to identify capability needs and development solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, learning programs and talent development activities.
• Develop engaging learning resources, tools and program materials.
• Leverage learning technologies and systems to enhance development experiences.
• Analyse talent and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across people initiatives.
