Job summary

Western Power seeks a Talent & Development Consultant to partner with leaders, People Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide programs across talent management, succession planning, performance and development, employee engagement and career development.

You will design and deliver talent, learning and employee experience initiatives, support succession planning and development, and facilitate workshops while analysing data to drive improvements in Perth and across the

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and delivering talent, learning and leadership initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, employee development and capability practices.
  • Experience working in HR, Learning & Development or Organisational Development environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and influencing capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs and projects while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Experience using HR systems, LMS and employee survey platforms.

As our Talent & Development Consultant, you'll partner with leaders, People Business Partners and key stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide programs across talent management, succession planning, performance and development, employee engagement and career development.

Your Role in Action

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent workplace training qualification).
