JBS Beef City Plant is recruiting a passionate Talent & Community Engagement Officer to join the HR team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, you will provide recruitment support across three sites and engage with the local community to support ongoing involvement in education and local programs.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build internal and external relationships, and implement improvements to onboarding processes in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Strategically located 35km west of Toowoomba in the prime grain and cattle producing region of the Darling Downs, our Beef City Plan employs approximately 1000 team members, with a processing capacity of more than 1,100 head of cattle per day, operating 5 days per week.
JBS Beef City is currently recruiting a passionate Talent & Community Engagement Officer to join the HR team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, this role will be responsible for providing key recruitment support for three sites: 1. Beef City Plant; 2. Beef City Feedlot and 3. Mungindi Feedlot. This role is ideal for anyone with previous Recruitment experience looking to further develop their end-to-end talent acquisition knowledge in a high-volume, fast-paced environment whilst meaningfully engaging with the local community.
