Job summary

Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) invites a Project Officer to support planning, implementation and evaluation of health projects aligned with our strategic priorities across the Gold Coast region. You will work with internal teams and external partners, coordinate stakeholder engagement, prepare reports and help drive innovation and continuous improvement in primary health care.

This full-time fixed-term role extends to 30 May 2027 with potential for extension, offering strong

Qualifications

• Experience planning, implementing and evaluating health projects.
• Strong organisational and time management skills for multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for engagement.
• Ability to think conceptually and develop innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated integrity, quality, teamwork and performance.
• Current driver's license and insured vehicle for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate strategic health projects.
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder events.
• Prepare reports, briefings and recommendations.
• Assist with risk management and contract performance monitoring.
• Research health trends to inform delivery.
• Contribute to quality improvement and governance.
• Maintain thorough project records and data management.
