Job summary

Zoom Recruitment is expanding its Queensland operations and seeks a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Hamilton team. This full-time, office-based role focuses on sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates across transport, logistics, manufacturing and civil construction sectors.

You will work with Account Managers and operations leadership to fill workforce requirements quickly and compliantly, maintaining candidate readiness and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience in labour hire.
• Strong sourcing and screening capability.
• Confident conducting candidate interviews and pre-employment assessments.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and professional candidate engagement.
• Experience with FastTrack360 or similar recruitment systems is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through database searches, job advertisements, application screening and proactive talent searches.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
• Conduct functional capacity assessments, manual handling assessments and drug & alcohol testing.
• Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate records within multiple recruitment systems including FastTrack360.
• Assist with job advertisements and candidate communication.
• Provide general recruitment and administrative support to the operations team.

As our Queensland operations continue to grow, we're expanding our Hamilton team and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our increasing recruitment activity across the transport and logistics, manufacturing and civil construction sectors.

This is a hands-on recruitment support role, working closely with a team of Account Managers and operations leadership to ensure workforce requirements are filled quickly and compliantly.

This role is office-based in our Hamilton Office and suited to someone who enjoys the operational side of recruitment - sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring workers are job ready and compliant.

The Role

Working as part of our operations team, you will support recruitment activity across a diverse and growing client base. Your focus will be sourcing and preparing candidates to ensure they are compliant, job-ready and available to meet client workforce requirements.

This role requires someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once.
