Job summary

Carinity is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment from our Gaythorne head office in Brisbane. You will engage with hiring managers across Queensland, build proactive sourcing strategies, and create talent pools to meet current and future needs.

Based in a not-for-profit environment, this role offers on-site parking, salary packaging options, and a monthly RDO. You will thrive working autonomously with busy service delivery teams while delivering a seamless

Qualifications

Experience partnering with all levels of the organisation to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Ability to deliver proactive sourcing and talent-attraction solutions and optimise recruitment platforms.
Experience in creating talent pools and understanding the candidate market.
Strong analytics and reporting to identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

Take the lead for end-to-end recruitment within the Human Resources team.
Partner with hiring managers across the business to guide a timely and effective talent acquisition process.
Provide process analytics and reporting to identify opportunities that improve recruitment practices.
