Job summary

Compare Club is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team in a full-time, 3-month temporary role based in Brisbane CBD. This is a hybrid role with scope to extend or go permanent.

You’ll manage high-volume recruitment end-to-end for sales and contact centre teams, lead improvement projects around reporting, sourcing and employer branding, and partner with managers to keep pipelines healthy.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in sales or contact centre
• Proven ability to partner with busy managers and maintain pipelines
• Strong sourcing toolkit including LinkedIn and Seek
• Comfort with reporting and building simple metrics
• Experience with ATS tools (JobAdder or similar) and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment end to end from sourcing to interviews and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and keep the pipeline moving
• Source proactively through Seek, LinkedIn and talent networks
• Help build TA reporting and turn numbers into insights
• Identify and fix inefficiencies in recruitment processes
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Support the wider TA team with ideas to improve hiring
