Job summary

Bridgit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month period to help scale our finance, sales and GTM teams across Australia. You will partner with hiring managers, proactively source top talent, and manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on delivering an engaging candidate experience.

You will collaborate with the wider Talent & People team to enhance hiring processes and champion best practices while adapting quickly to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels and stakeholders.
• Background in fast-paced scaling tech companies is a plus.
• Self-starter comfortable working autonomously and delivering results.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS systems (Teamtailor/Rippling).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to run end-to-end recruitment for general roles.
• Proactively source top talent through search techniques (LinkedIn, etc).
• Screen and assess candidates with a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the Talent & People team to improve hiring processes and tools.
• Support TA projects such as employer branding and process documentation.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring teams with market insights and guidance.
• Move quickly and flexibly to evolving business needs.
